Social Venture Responsibility

 

Along the history, INDURA has developed a business vision that includes the respect for the workers, community and environment. In this standard, it has lead initiatives that contribute towards the human development and it is compromised with the progress of the integrants of the company, their families, the society in general and the local community so that we can improve the social capital and the quality of life.

 

This way, the company has developed different initiatives that in 2006 were structured in a Social Venture Responsibility program that powers the education areas and the relationships with the community. This project is the result of a complete analysis made together with Price Waterhouse in 2005. The study allowed identifying their workers, clients, suppliers, the local community and the society where it develops, expectations they have from INDURA and the Social Venture Responsibility (RSE). 

 

The company program defined specific projects considering the needs of their neighbors and the society in general. This way the company looks to give them a real contribution in agreement to their knowledge and competitive assets. INDURA took an obligation with the technical education and established a firm bond with the closest, to their plants, communities. Starting from there, there has been made important contributions in capacitating matters supported by its vast experience and using the knowledge in what its specialty: the use of gases and solders.

 

The work and contribution that INDURA achieves for the community counts with the support of all our workers. The goal is, for who surround them, know and recognize the compromise and the actions that the company makes with their workers and with the community.

 

¿In what consist the RSE?

 

Social Venture Responsibility (RSE) is the contribution to the sustained development through the compromise of the company and their interested groups. These last ones refer to the employees, clients, the community, the stockholders, suppliers and governmental entities.

 

A socially responsible company is the one that worries about, for example, create a good inside work atmosphere, keep transparency with their investors, respect all the labor laws, work closely with their suppliers, preserve the environment and increase the bond with the citizenship.
